As soon as your provider submits an order and the information is processed, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your kit. To find this email:

Log into the email account that you shared with your provider when they placed your order.

Look for an email from support@color.com.

Click the orange button that says “Create Account and Activate Test.”
By following the instructions in this email, you will not be asked to enter a barcode and accession number when you activate your Color kit. If you are asked for this information, or if a few days have passed since you provided your sample at your provider’s office and you have not yet received the activation link by email, please contact us at support@color.com or (844) 352-6567 Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm Pacific Time and we will work to address the issue.
