Your healthcare provider can order a Color test for you online or by fax. They may have Color kits in their office for you to provide your sample, or we can ship one to your home if not. Once your results are ready, they will be sent to you and your provider. If your provider has any questions, they are welcome to contact us by phone or email at (844) 362-6567 or providers@color.com.
