Depending on your risk factors and eligibility, your Color clinician may place an order or send a referral for the following:
- Imaging services (e.g., mammogram, breast MRI)
- Laboratory-based testing (e.g., PSA screening)
- Procedures (e.g., colonoscopy)
Your care advocate can also help with scheduling in-person services.
The Color care team may also recommend that you follow up directly with your primary care physician to make a plan for your care.
