Color's emphasis is on providing you with the highest quality results possible, and that means giving individual attention to every sample. Most results are ready in about a month or more after we receive your patient's activated kit, but the actual time will be subject to the data associated with each unique sample.
When your patient’s results are ready you will receive an email prompting you to log in to your Provider Platform account and view the results. You will also receive a copy of the results via fax. If you do not have a Provider Platform account all results will be returned to you by fax. You can choose if results are released at the same time to your patient, or after a delay. Your patient can then sign into Color to view the results online.
